Anticipation anxiety

Argentum Nitricum - nervous, restless, pacing, diarrhea from anxiety, thinking about all kinds of horrible things that could happen. Quick, hurried, warm, feels better outside.

Calcarea Carbonica - worried about bad things happening to family members. Wants everything to be perfect, takes on too much responsibility and gets exhausted from working too much. Chilly, slow, likes to be inside.

Gelsemium - dread of ordeals, dizzy, drowsy, weak and chilly, wants to lie down, too weak to speak to anyone, feels like a flu, terrible headache in the back of the head that spreads to the front and sides

Kali Phos - nervous dread without a cause, looks on the negative side of everything, thinks about horrible things that could happen

Lycopodium - Doesn't want to go anywhere or see anyone, fears being seen as a failure.
Fear of doing anything new.

Too much fat

Carbo Vegetabilis - Too much fatty food
Key symptoms: Gas, bloating and burping

Ipecac - Too much fatty food
Key symptoms: Thirstless, clean tongue, feels better in open air and worse in stuffy warm rooms, nasty sensation of nausea and strong possibility of vomiting

Pulsatilla - after eating too much sweets and fatty, rich foods
Key symptoms: Thirstless, white coating on the tongue, heavy sensation in the stomach, feels better in open air and worse in stuffy warm rooms, children may be clingy, whiny or weepy.

Too many sweets

Argentum Nitricum - Desires sweets even though it makes them feel badly.
Key symptoms: Anxious, thinks about many problems that could happen, superstitious

Bryonia - Worse for the slightest motion

Chelidonium - pain beneath the right scapula, or pain radiating from below the ribs to the right shoulder

Ipecac - Too much sweets, nausea dominates
Key symptoms: Thirstless, clean tongue, feels better in open air and worse in stuffy warm rooms, nasty sensation of nausea and strong possibility of vomiting

Lycopodium - Too much sweets with bloating, belching, rumbling and flatus
Key symptoms: Thirstless, irritable, quarrelsome, wants fresh air, worse between 4-8pm

Phosphorus - Too much sweets or salty food, like potato chips.
Key symptoms: Thirsty, desires ice cold drinks, can vomit from warm drinks

Pulsatilla - Sweets in combination with fats, like icecream
Key symptoms: Thirstless, white coating on the tongue, heavy sensation in the stomach, feels better in open air and worse in stuffy warm rooms, children may be clingy, whiny or weepy.

Too much salt

Phosphorus - Too much sweets or salty food, like potato chips.
Key symptoms: Thirsty, desires ice cold drinks, can vomit from warm drinks

Natrum Muriaticum - Too much salty food
Key symptoms: Thirsty, sad, wants to be alone

Aggravation from Pork

Carbo Vegetabilis (bloating) or Pulsatilla (heaviness and weepiness)

General overindulgence in foods and drinks

Nux Vomica - General overeating and also too much alcohol
Key symptoms: Grouchy, irritable, indigestion, constipation and headache. Noise, light and odors are unbearable. Great remedy for hangover.

Food Poisoning

Arsenicum Album - Food poisoning with indigestion, diarrhea and possibly vomiting from eating spoiled meat, fruits or vegetables.
Key symptoms: Thirsty for warm drinks, takes small sips, restless, anxious, chilly, exhausted, worse after midnight between 12-3am. Fear of being poisoned, fear of death, suspicious. Arsenicum is the first remedy to try in food poisoning, especially if there is diarrhea. Watch out for those leftovers and pot lucks!

Lack of sleep

Arnica - the bed feels too hard and you are over-tired

Arsenicum Album - Anxious, anguished, agitated and restless, especially after midnight. Feels better from a hot cup of tea.

Cocculus - great remedy after staying up all night. Helps for dizziness, nausea and exhaustion from lack of sleep.

Coffea - can't sleep from too much excitement, feels hyper and wired

Gelsemium - Tired, exhausted, dizzy, drowsy, dull and weak, but still can't fall asleep

Ignatia - Excessive yawning and sighing, but no sleep. Lack of sleep from sadness or heartbreak.

Headaches

Argentum Nitricum - headaches from sweets

Belladonna - throbbing right-sided headache with red hot face. Worse for bright light and jarring.

Cocculus - Headache in the back of the head and nape, often with vertigo and nausea from lack of sleep

Coffea - headaches from emotional excitement

Gelsemium - headache from exhaustion and ordeals. Starts in the nape of the neck or the back of the head and moves towards the front. Feels dizzy and drowsy and wants to lie down.

Ignatia - headaches from emotional disturbances, sadness, grief and nervousness.

Kali Bichromium - headaches in small spots. Also, sinus headaches.

Natrum Muriaticum - Headache that feels like little hammers beating the skull from inside, worse for moving the head or eyes.

Nux Vomica - headache from too much food or alcohol

Pulsatilla - headaches from fatty food

Staphysagria - headaches from anger and feeling victimized

Zinc - headaches from wine
